Aboard the U.S.S. Voyager, former members of the
Maquis appear to be singled out in a rash of violent attacks. Before long,
the safety of the entire crew is in jeopardy. When Tuvok takes charge of
the investigation he becomes frustrated at the lack of a logical motive,
but soon makes some rather startling discoveries.
